The Daily Dozen is a great set of exercises for those who are new to working out.
The Dozen is a distilled version of said calisthenics exercises. The main program of the Corp is devoted to a regimen of calisthenics followed by lots of marching. Walter Camp first introduced his Daily Dozen exercise series in his book, “ Keeping Fit All the Way.” As I have written in a previous post, the first half of the book is devoted to his senior citizens exercise club, known as the Senior Service Corp. Besides, as a Walter Camp fanboi, I have a reputation to maintain. “What?” You might say after going through my archive, “Another post on Walter Camp?
